Eight works by world-renowned sculptor, Anton Smit, were erected in this picturesque town as part of a new art route. four of these sculptures – Crouching Man, In Moment – Series V, In Moment – Series II and Die Verlange – can be viewed in Morrison Road, opposite the Transkaroo and Opispoor restaurants. Another three sculptures – Agape – Effervescent Series – were installed in Long Street opposite Peperboom restaurant. Just down the road Facets 11 – Bark can be viewed at Art@39Long. View more
