The Shark Lab Aquarium and Research Facility is presented by Oceans Aware, a division of the Oceans Initiative and based in Mossel Bay, South Africa. Oceans Aware is dedicated to introducing the wonders of the marine world to children, the future ambassadors of our oceans. After more than 40 years of combined marine research experience, the directors of Oceans found there was an urgent need to introduce and facilitate a better understanding of the marine environment to future generations.
