Our Beliefs & Community Guidelines:

Moving to Dana Bay is a commitment to conservation. Residents and members share responsibilities to protect our natural environment.
Green belts in Dana Bay are treated as small National Parks, home to our indigenous fauna and flora. Littering or dumping of any kind—including alien vegetation like Kikuyu grass—is strictly discouraged.

We are part of the Cape Floral Kingdom and the Fynbos Biome; preserving endemic plants is crucial.
Streets, sidewalks, and beaches should be kept clean.

Picking up litter and dog waste helps maintain the health and wellbeing of our area and protects marine life and biodiversity.
While the municipality employs contractors to clean public areas, community involvement is encouraged to keep Dana Bay pristine.

Projects & Involvement:
Our committee actively works with members, residents, and local businesses on conservation projects.
You are encouraged to participate and contribute wherever possible. Together, we make a real difference in protecting Dana Bay’s unique natural heritage.
