Bread Making & Baking
At the end of a Master Class at Daily Bread bakery, attendees will be going home with warm freshly baked Sour dough bread. Each bread will have the evidence of their owner’s own hand on the scoring knife. The class entails the theory behind sourdough as well as practical experience of stretching and folding the dough. Let the satisfactory smell of your artisan bread being baked in our oven at the end of the class be the start of your daily bread in your own oven.
