Biathle, Triathle & Laser Run World Championships
About the Event
The UIPM Biathle, Triathle & Laser Run World Championships will bring together athletes, coaches, officials, and supporters from across the globe to the scenic coastal town of Mossel Bay, South Africa. These combined World Championships will showcase three of the most dynamic multi-discipline sports within the UIPM Modern Pentathlon family, offering a week of high-energy competition and long lasting friendships.
Disciplines
1. Biathle – A continuous run–swim–run event testing endurance, strength, and speed.
2. Triathle – A combination of laser shooting, swimming, and running, emphasizing precision, stamina, and focus.
3. Laser Run – The signature UIPM discipline combining laser shooting and running in alternating sequences — fast-paced, thrilling, and spectator-friendly.
Over 30 nations are expected to participate, with an estimated 750–1,000 athletes across all age groups — from Under 9 to Masters — including Para athletes. The event will also host UIPM delegates, international officials, and dignitaries.
